Cardboard Furniture Design Challenge
The Challenge: Design and build a piece of furniture out of cardboard!
In this engaging and creative lesson, students embark on a design challenge with criteria and constraints. Students develop an understanding of construction, durability, functionality, appearance, and enjoyment of the furniture. They use the Engineering Design Process Rubric Guidelines to produce a report after construction is complete. A variety of helpful resources are included!
