Hot Wheels vs Generic Cars- Which is the Best?
by Lisa Barnard
Students will create a scientific claim that is supported by evidence as to which car is the better deal, the Hot Wheels car or the generic car. During the four day activity, students will conduct different types of testing in groups on their cars and gather data, including practicing how to find the mean of a data set. On the last day students will be able to write their claim and use their data to support their answer.
