Small Moment: My Personal Narrative

This is the part 2 of composting lesson aligned to narrative writing. In this lesson, students embark in the experience of observing the decomposition process of the materials, identifying the factors that may or may not affect the decomposition process, collect weekly data, asking what if questions, making predictions, testing whether the predictions are accurate or not, finding evidences to support predictions and finally, apply the skills in writing to write and present a personal narrative. By allowing students to experience the process, they are able to have rich experiences that they can utilize to write their stories.
