ROCKETS: An Investigation into Newton’s Laws of Motion
This lesson will explore aerodynamics, rocketry, and principles of space flights. Students will act as engineers. Their job is to research, plan, design, and build a water bottle rocket that will launch, reach the highest, and the straightest.

This lesson plan focuses on the use of several materials to create a rocket and a launcher. Remodel the rocket as needed to validate Newton’s third law of motion and projectile motion.
Aerospace to Sports explores the concept of how aerospace engineering has impacted sports, specifically exploring the design of golf balls. Students learn about how the industry employs engineering
The students will be working and pretending that they work for an engineering company that is designing a bridge. The Department of Transportation wants to see a model of the bridge, so they will be
