“Remembering Winter”-- Understanding Prosthetics
by Jeremie Gallardo
This lesson plan brings us to the life of Winter and how her prosthetic tail helped her live a better life. The students would learn about the engineering design process in prosthetics and experience designing their own. Moreover, the students would understand how this invention may be able to change people's lives. More importantly, the students would also understand how working as a group is essential in achieving a common goal.
