Introduction to Molecules: The Building Blocks of Matter

Students construct models of various molecules, create histograms of the frequency of elements, and diagram parts of an atom. Students will deepen their understanding of matter--that tiny particles called molecules, and even smaller particles called atoms make up matter. They will notice that some elements occur more frequently than others.
