A Taste of Science & Math Practices: Using Yogurt to Introduce Practices

This lesson uses taste-testing as a way to introduce and practice science and math practices, including observing, recording, predicting, writing a claim with evidence and reasoning. I have used it for 6th and 7th graders but it can extended up or down as needed.
