Red Shift, Blue Shift, Close Star, Far Star

This lesson is part two of evidence of the big bang theory. Students investigate red shift and blue shift and how it supports the expansion of the universe. They will complete an online simulation activity to illustrate the effect of red shift. The link to the 1st lesson in this series is included along with other resources.
