Micro:bit EMG (electromyography) and Prosthetics, Part 1 Problem Framing and Research
by Mandy Fierro
Part 1 of 3: Students begin to research and frame the problem around creating a working prosthetic hand. In Part 1, students will be introduced to prosthetic arms and their uses. Students will then brainstorm questions and observations from the phenomena, then research and learn more about prosthetic hands to answer their questions. They will then consolidate their research, synthesize their findings, and use the information to define what the problem is.
