Let There Be Light! Circuit Activity with Copper

In this lesson students in grades 2-4 will explore Arizona’s important role in the copper industry by learning how to create a simple circuit using copper wire, a battery and LED pin lights. They will learn basic principles of electricity and circuits and engineer a room or city with lights out of LEGO.
