IT'S CLEAN UP TIME! SOLAR POWERED BOTTLE CLEANING BOAT
by Cindy Barredo
This lesson is a STEM performance task after the students learn how solar power and solar panels work. Students draw attention to solar energy, as it is not only helpful with our power systems but can be applied to almost any field that could help manage our environment, such as water pollution. Students will build a project that can be a useful and self-sustaining model using recycled and basic materials.
