Green Innovations: Designing a Sustainable Future- Part 2

In this 8-week project, 6th-grade students will collaborate in small groups to create eco-friendly inventions that aim to reduce their carbon footprints and promote sustainability. They will go through the process of research, prototype creation, cost analysis, commercial development, and ultimately present their products to parents at a showcase event.
Weeks 3-4 Objective: Students will design and create prototypes of their eco-friendly products and determine the cost breakdown for production.
