Exploring Geometry through Architecture
by Jasmine Coleman
This lesson aims to introduce students to the fundamental concepts of geometry through the lens of architecture. Students will explore the properties of geometric shapes, study famous architectural structures, and apply their knowledge by designing and building their own models. Through hands-on activities and creative projects, students will gain a deeper understanding of how geometry influences the design and stability of buildings, linking mathematical principles to real-world applications.
