Current Events - A Pattern for Learning Earth & Space Science through Current Events
by Jess Bushman
Science is an ever developing subject with new discoveries and understanding - textbooks can’t keep up, but they can give important background knowledge. This is designed to teach students Earth and Space Science through current events as opposed to following a textbook. This is a step beyond Phenomenon - staying up-to-date with current events.
This is NOT A LAB, this is a way to teach students in a manner that will set a PATTERN of curiosity and a method of research for understanding.
