Creating A Way for Animals to Cross Busy Roads
Students will look at structures that allow animals to safely cross a roadway in this lesson. After reading "Crossings: Extraordinary Structures for Extraordinary Animals", they will research an animal from around the world that needs help. With a partner(s) they will engineer a 3-D model of a crossing to help their animal cross safely. They will then present their model to the class.
