Cooling Structure Challenge Part 2
This lesson is Part 2 of an engineering challenge. In Cooling Structure Challenge Part 2 students will use what they learned when they designed, built, and tested their prototype in Part 1. Often we ask students "What would you try if you had time to do it again?" This lesson prioritizes just that, trying again and using what they've learned to improve their building. To teach the engineering process and the scientific method thoroughly there needs to be the opportunity to revise and reflect. This lesson provides the support to help you support your students through the process of analysis, rebuilding, reflection, and presentation.

In part 1 of this investigation, groups were challenged to design for speed and collect data to find the fastest car in the class. Using those designs, part 2 will test the mass of a car vs the power
In this lesson the students will apply the knowledge of thermal energy to design, build and test a container that keeps cold beverages cold.
Today students will design a mini golf hole. Their hole theme should be based on the inventor they researched.
