Your Food and Cellular Respiration

How do the components in your food help / hinder cellular respiration? The purpose of this lesson is to understand the contents of our favorite foods and then understand what foods contain vitamin C, starches, sugars, lipids, and proteins and the positives and negatives these can have on the body. Students will also be able to understand how sugars affect calories and how physical activity affects calories the bodies need for calories and how calories and ATP relate.
