Makey Makey with The Bionic Kid
Imagine how cool it would be to build a video game controller out of bananas! In this engineering design challenge, you will learn how to use everyday items and a Makey Makey kit to design a functioning video game controller. Inspired by "The Bionic Kid" comic and a truly inspirational pair of brothers, this lesson will help students develop empathy while exploring the engineering design process. After creating a functional controller, students will create a digital comic of their own.

Radioactive Orbs
This lesson focuses on using the engineering design process and simple machines to design a device that the students can use to safely transport radioactive orbs across the span of 8 feet. Students
Students create a city and a plan for a route for a Thanksgiving parade with floats coded by robots. The students build the buildings along the parade route using area or addition/subtraction houses
This is a 3rd-4th grade STEM lesson. It is part of the Life Science standards. It shows how different plants, animals and people depend on the Saguaro Cactus for survival. The Saguaro also depends on
