Intro to Heat Transfer and Gathering Data for Greenhouse Placement
This lesson is a continuation of learning where we will be able to place a greenhouse on the school grounds. The students are an active part of this process. This lesson includes discovery of how much sunlight is needed for plants to grow efficiently, in our cooler months, in a greenhouse and also what other items need to be considered in the placement.
We will create a model of how we think heat energy is transferred in a greenhouse.
We will compare the 2 locations chosen to determine the amount of sunlight throughout the day and graph the data.
