Hold the Beef
Methane emissions are far more potent then CO2 emissions in the short-run in the atmosphere yet this is rarely covered in the media. Students will create a multi-media public service campaign to cover the impact of methane emissions from agricultural sources.

In this project, students will choose an environmental problem to research. They will look up why this problem is occurring and how it is harming the environment. Students will then come up with two
