
Forces, Flight, and learning with UAVs (Drones): Lesson 1 of 4

This is the first lesson in a series of 4. Students gain an understanding of the forces that are acting upon a drone when it is flying. They will learn about how thrust, weight, lift and drag work together to allow controlled flying of a UAV (drone). Links to helpful resources are provided in the lesson and allow the teacher to determine the depth of content coverage while teaching this lesson.
