Exploding Volcanos
In this lesson, students will research, create, present, and explode a volcano. In the first part of the project, the student researches what materials they would need to build a volcano. Next the student does research on the chemicals they would need to acquire the best volcanic eruption and ratio. They then research a famous volcano to model their volcano from, compile facts using resources online, and then create a presentation of the facts. Students then present their volcano, famous volcano facts and using their chemicals of choice, erupt their volcano.
