DIY Restaurant Creation

When exploring this topic, the students will gain knowledge about owning their own restaurant. They will engage in activities that will make them aware of the different styles of restaurants they can own, the creativity that goes into owning a restaurant.
For example:
Name of restaurant
Theme of restaurant (color scheme, atmosphere, signage)
Menu- Cuisine
Employee Uniforms-design a shirt
Location-where is a good location
Restaurant blueprint (inside)
Target Market Customer Base
As a culmination to this unit, the students will complete a tri fold poster board to advertise each area designed.
