Creating a Water Filtration System: An ADEQ Partnership
This lesson plan consists of two parts. The beginning of the lesson will introduce students to the 4 parts of the water cycle. During this time, they will be able to identify at which part the water will eventually become the water we drink (during collection). The second part of this lesson is that students are able create a filter in order to understand the importance of drinking clean water. The filtration devices are able to filter the water and students will observe the process for one of the ways in which we clean water.
