Crashing into Newton's Third Law: Exploring Collisions and Action-Reaction Forces
This lesson plan is designed to teach students about Newton's 3rd Law of Motion through hands-on experimentation. Students will build cars and test the effects of collisions to gain a deeper understanding of the concepts involved. The objective of the lesson is to provide a practical understanding of the physics involved in collisions, and why safety features are important in cars.

In this lesson designed for 7th grade, students will explore increasing and decreasing magnetic field of electromagnets by changing the iron core, wire gauge, or wire coils to determine which variable

This project sets students up to explore animal anatomy and physiology with the idea of replacing a lost appendage (beak, leg, tail, fin, etc.) This is used in small groups of 2 or 3 over the course

In this lesson students learn about the simple machine screw, specifically the Archimedes Screw, and engineer a device that can lift a marble.
