Sagebrush Sea Food Web

Students learn about and construct a food web of the sagebrush ecosystem. This is a 2 x 50 minute lesson with an additional 30 minutes for the computer simulation. Students work in small groups to model the flow of energy in an ecosystem using species cards, information sheets, poster paper. Students will need notebooks for answering guiding questions, vocabulary, analysis of graphs/simulations.
