Rate of Photosynthesis

Students will use leaf disks punched out of spinach leaves and a syringe to demonstrate the production of oxygen to determine the rate of photosynthesis. Once an initial rate is determined, students will develop their own experiment to test how pH and temperature affect the rate of photosynthesis.
