Problem Based Learning

SARSEF will provide 4 hours of professional development broken down into a 2 hour in-person PD and 2 hours of asynchronous Google Classroom work.

Our outreach professionals will guide teachers through a phenomena-based learning experience and provide them with hands-on activities, lesson design, and resources to replicate a Mars Colony Unit in their own classrooms. Additionally, they will be given the tools necessary to create a PBL unit that is inspired by their own students’ wonderings.
