How Big is a Foot?
This is a lesson on measurement and problem solving! The king needs to find a birthday present for the queen, but what do you get for someone who has everything? He decides to build her a bed (before they were the norm) and confusion ensues when there is not a standard method of measurement either! Students will have to figure out how to measure how big the bed will need to be and then build a bed fit for a queen.
