Creating a New NFL Expansion Team
by James Kinney
Students are introduced to the current teams and given a brief history of their mascots. Then students research potential areas for an expansion team to start a new team (I do not limit them to just states/cities in the U.S. as the NFL is looking to expand). They then create a team name, logo and color scheme for their new team. Then students present their new team and why they chose the aforementioned items.
